You will hear from people with lived disability experience\, industry guest speakers and a live panel discussion.  There will also be a range of stallholders showcasing their services\, resources\, and the incredible work they do to create inclusive work environments. If you are a senior leader\, HR professional\, manager\, employer\, team leader or just interested in inclusive employment then this is the event for you.\n\nCome along and you will learn about:  \n\nThe social impact and economic benefits of hiring staff with disability.\nInclusive hiring\, recruitment and retention practices.\nStrategies and practices you can implement to create a more inclusive workplace.\n\n\nGuest speaker and panellist details to be released soon.  \nTea/coffee\, morning tea\, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided\, and there will be ample time to connect with other people and network during the course of the day. \nAccessibility: \nThe Beaumonde on the Point is a wheelchair-accessible venue.  It has ramps from the carpark to the venue\, and lift access to the first floor where the function room for this event is located.   There will be a low-sensory/quiet space designated on the day for people to use as required. By leveraging Ben’s personal experiences\, we will examine how we can collectively create more inclusive high schools and communities.
