Inclusion Solutions is firmly committed to improving access to volunteer-based opportunities for all Western Australians.
We understand that not all people want to join a community club or group as a playing member and many people wish to share their skills and knowledge in a voluntary capacity. Inclusion Solutions offer three different types of volunteering opportunities.
To find out more about our volunteering opportunities, please contact Denver D’Cruz, General Manager on 9443 7226. Alternatively, you can email Denver by clicking here.
Inclusion Solutions can match your skills and interests with a range of opportunities that exist within State Sporting Associations, local sporting clubs and community groups that we work alongside. We will do our best to ensure that the opportunities align with critical factors such as location, interests and personalities.
INCLUSION SOLUTIONS VOLUNTEERS
For individuals who wish to contribute to the community by volunteering in the sport and recreation sector, Inclusion Solutions offers opportunities to work with our team to build the capacity of the broader WA community. Through this role, you will gain an insight into the inner workings of a non-profit-organisation, while working to support the development of the sport and recreation sector in Western Australia.
We also offer opportunities for corporate volunteering. This may include having an individual or team of people attend community events or a grass-roots club. Alternatively, you may wish to gift your skills and time to improve the community for all Western Australians by working with our organisation on a number of projects. Corporate volunteering is a great way to help with professional development, increasing workplace satisfaction and team-building. Furthermore, aligning your organisation with a local non-profit organisation, such as Inclusion Solutions, can significantly improve community profile and good-will amongst your stakeholders.
“I came to volunteer at Inclusion Solutions to originally fulfill the requirements of my university degree. I was interested in the work they do with communities and wanted to gain a better understanding about how non-profit organisations work. I got so much more out of volunteering with Inclusion Solutions than I ever dreamed of. Personally, I have gained so much confidence in my skills and abilities, and this has had a flow-on effect to many different areas of my life including my physical and mental health. Volunteering with Inclusion Solutions has been a great opportunity to learn something new, get out of my comfort zone and do something a bit different to the usual”
