National Reconciliation Week provides a valuable and important time to learn about shared histories and cultures and educate ourselves on the past to ensure a way forward that truly welcomes and accepts all people. This year, we asked our staff to pause and take a moment to reflect on what reconciliation and the week means to them.

If a program is segregated in the wrong or isn’t correctly integrated into a club environment, it can prevent the participant or club member from obtaining all the good thing that we know come from participating in sport and your local community.
