Do you have an intellectual disability or autism? Do you want to try some fun sports? If the answer to these questions is yes, then we would love to see you at our sports day!

This is a free event where you, or someone you know, can come and find a new and exciting sport and make new friends!

Family and support people are welcome too.

This day is all about having a go, having fun, and enjoying sports. Our venue is wheelchair-accessible, and there is a low-sensory space available.

No need to register your attendance, just show up on the day!
