Inclusive Employment Forum
April 8 @ 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

The Inclusive Employment Forum is proudly presented by Inclusion Solutions and powered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA). It is a key part of the Generating Respectful, Open Workplaces in WA (GROW WA) Initiative.
Join us for a full day forum to explore the benefits of workplaces that hire & support people with disability, and to learn how you can create more inclusive and accessible workplaces. You will hear from people with lived disability experience, industry guest speakers and a live panel discussion. There will also be a range of stallholders showcasing their services, resources, and the incredible work they do to create inclusive work environments. If you are a senior leader, HR professional, manager, employer, team leader or just interested in inclusive employment then this is the event for you.
Come along and you will learn about:
- The social impact and economic benefits of hiring staff with disability.
- Inclusive hiring, recruitment and retention practices.
- Strategies and practices you can implement to create a more inclusive workplace.
Guest speaker and panellist details to be released soon.
Tea/coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided, and there will be ample time to connect with other people and network during the course of the day.
