If a program is segregated in the wrong or isn’t correctly integrated into a club environment, it can prevent the participant or club member from obtaining all the good thing that we know come from participating in sport and your local community.
In addition to the physical barriers in the workplace, such as inaccessible buildings and equipment, they can often be overlooked or not even considered for roles that they are suitable for – because of outdated and preconceived ideas.
Image descriptions are detailed explanations of an image, graphic or video that provides textual access to visual content. In other words, they explain what is happening in an image to those who aren’t able to see it.
Set in the picturesque location of the Coogee Lifesaving Club, cool saltwater breeze wafting and golden sun setting, I rocked up to my first Social Inclusion Forum, December 2020, as a brand new team member at Inclusion Solutions.
