The United Reds Football League, in partnership with Telethon, Manchester United Foundation, Football West & Inclusion Solutions, is a club owned league that focuses on inclusion, fun, fairness and respect.

The league is an entry-level league for children aged 8 – 12 years old. Teams are made up of those who are new to the sport of Football and want to experience fun and friendly competition. Both children with and without a disability are invited to join the league. All teams have weekly trainings with their clubs and play fortnightly matches against other clubs across Perth.

For some children this has been their first positive experience in sport. A whole other world opens up for them and it’s exhilarating to watch as their confidence grows. For my son, Ollie, it’s a huge reason to jump out of bed in the morning and every training or game night he declares that the program was his favourite thing. The experiences he has on the pitch, through training and with his team, shape the way he sees the world and where he sees his place in it. He is really thankful for the opportunity to participate and so are we as his parents. It would be so very good for this program to find more Ollie’s and give them the opportunity to experience this.”
